পন্য কেনার পদ্ধতি
• প্রথমে চেক করুন পণ্যটি আমাদের কাছে সহজলভ্য আছে কিনা (বর্ননা বা কমেন্টে booked বা sold out লেখা আছে কিনা, যদি না থাকে তাহলে পণ্যটি আমাদের হাতে আছে)।
• আমাদের প্রতিটি পন্যের ছবি নিজেদের ক্যামেরা দিয়ে তোলা, আমাদের কোনো ছবি ক্যাটালগ এর না।
• আপনারা পণ্যের মুল্য পরিশোধ করতে পারেন বিকাশ অথবা প্রদানোত্তর পরিশোধ(ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি) এর মাধ্যমে।
• আমাদের ডেলিভারি চার্জ 70 টাকা । কিছু স্থানের ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারী চার্জের সামান্য পরিবর্তন আছে, সেটা ইনবক্সে জানিয়ে দেওয়া হবে।
• ডেলিভারি ম্যান থাকাকালীন প্রোডাক্ট চেক করে নিবেন, ডেলিভারি ম্যান চলে আসার পর কোনো অভিযোগ গ্রহণ করা হবে না , কোনো প্রোডাক্ট চেঞ্জ অথবা রিটার্ন হবে না।কোনো সমস্যা থাকলে ডেলিভারি ম্যান থাকাকালীন আমাদের কল দিবেন ।
• বিকাশ ব্যবহারের ক্ষেত্রে যদি এজেন্টের মাধ্যমে বিকাশ ব্যবহার করে থাকেন, তাহলে বিকাশ পরবর্তি সমস্যা সমাধানের জন্য বিকাশ এজেন্ট থেকে ক্যাশ ইন মেসেজটি আপনার ফোনে সংরক্ষন করুন। কখনো বিকাশ না পাওয়া সম্পর্কিত ঝামেলা এড়াতে আমাদেরকে মেসেজটির দরকার হতে পারে।

How to Purchase a Product
• Check Availability: First, verify whether the product is available with us. If the description or comments mention “booked” or “sold out,” it is unavailable. Otherwise, the product is in stock.
• Original Product Photos: All our product images are taken with our own camera. We do not use catalog pictures.
• Payment Methods: You can pay via bKash or opt for Cash on Delivery (COD).
• Delivery Charge: The delivery fee is 70 BDT. In some areas, the charge may vary slightly, which we will inform you about via inbox.
• Product Inspection: Check the product while the delivery person is present. Once the delivery person leaves, no complaints, exchanges, or returns will be accepted. If there is any issue, call us immediately while the delivery person is still there.
• bKash Payment Precaution: If you use an agent bKash account, keep the Cash In message saved on your phone for future reference. In case of any transaction issues, we may need this message.
